You'll be delighted as I have been to view our world from a different perspective and see the beauty that lies hidden in the most surprising places. I am currently living on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. I have been slowly developing a unique and intriguing new style of abstract photographic art over the last three years, selling my work to architectural designers and also through various art sites on the internet. I believe I have a unique eye for abstract, using macro photography, I find and capture miniature abstract art in nature and urban areas. These images are quite often being mistaken for beautiful landscapes, seascapes or abstract paintings. When initially viewing my work, most may not be able to identify what the subject is, thereby creating interest and intrigue. Finding the hidden and surprising beauty in the ugliness of urban areas is a passion for me, so a new style of art form is born, Accidental Abstract Macro Photography. I am also available for commissioned work, and enjoy using my images for inspiration to paint abstract art on canvas or in watercolour. Some of my images have been used by architectural designers to digitally print on glass for use in construction and interior environments, eg wall art, splash backs in kitchens and bathrooms and also for a unique glass waterfall feature for a private residence.
